A backcountry ski boot with a women’s specific last, made from full grain leather for moderate to challenging skiing in the mountains and alpine environments. Developed with a focus on the highest comfort and the ability to withstand cold temperatures. The boot has a winter lining with GORE-TEX®, a thermal insulating midsole, as well as an anatomical insole. Extra toe reinforcements protect the leather from sharp edges.
Certain snow/crust conditions are an extreme strain on the shoes materials, and with use under such conditions increased wear is expected.
Used in winter models for added insulation in low temperatures. Water and snow is blocked out while the sweat easily evaporates from the inside of the boot. The insulating lining protects against low temperatures and provides a dry, warm and comfortable climate for your feet. The membrane is 100% waterproof, durable and has good breathability with insulating properties for use in cold weather conditions.
Leather with brushed finish is water repellent and has very good breathability. Nubuck must be treated to maintain the breathability and its water repellent properties.
Rottefella BC sole for optimum stability, and thereby contributes to good control in rough terrain and under varying snow conditions. The sole has good insulation properties.
An anatomically designed insole made of EVA. The foam construction has shock absorbing properties that counteract tired feet and provide comfort. The sole has an antibacterial surface that prevent odors.
Moisture absorbing insole that keeps your feet dry, warm and comfortable. Insulates against moisture and cold from the ground.
Larger volume in the forefoot contributes to warmer feet. The heel shape is designed to reduce the risk of blisters.
Lacing system that combines open and lockable hooks. Allows individual adjustment of ankle and forefoot.
Ankle collar with good insulation properties that keep you warm.
A rubber-coated reinforcement that protects the boot from abrasion.
Easy entry loops make the boots easy to take on and off.
ALFA uses only impregnated laces to prevent them from drawing, according to the GORE-TEX standard.
Place a paper close to the wall and with bare feet place the foot on the paper, with your heel to the wall. Since it is important to stand up straight, preferably have someone help you draw a line in front of the longest toe. Remember to measure both feet as they might not be identical. With a ruler, confirm the measurement in centimeters and add additional space according to the list below.
