Purchases made at alfaoutdoor.com require you to register as a customer, using a valid email address. This is done in the process of carrying out your first purchase.
Your trust is important to us and we keep all customer data in accordance to Norwegian law. Your information will NOT be shared or sold to third parties.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct address, zip code and country when shopping in our online store, as we automatically deliver to the registered address.
All prices are listed in Euro and exclude VAT. All costs related to the purchase, except VAT, will appear in the buying process before you are asked to confirm the purchase and perform the actual payment.
We reserve the right for out of stock products, price changes, incorrect price information and other inaccuracies in information contained in ads as well as on www.alfaoutdoor.com / www.alfa.no. If it turns out that an item you have ordered from us has an incorrect price or description, please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
Duties and taxes are the responsibilities of the recipient, and these fees will be due at the time of delivery. Alfa is not responsible for customs, duties and taxes, which are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. For more duties and tax information, please contact your local customs office.
Your safety and security are very important to us and we have chosen our partners wisely. To maintain your protection throughout the purchasing process, we use Stripe, a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and MasterCard.
We accept Visa and MasterCard, and only charge for products once they have been shipped. Until then, the amount is reserved on your account/card. This reservation is automatically deleted within 3-7 days if the order is canceled or if, for other reasons, it cannot be delivered.

We accept returns within 30 days. Returned products with signs of use beyond necessary testing (e.g. removed labels or outdoor use) will undergo an assessment of impairment. Factors such as the cleaning of shoes (400-600 NOK), damages and any other sign of value impairment will be deducted in the refunded amount. The freight cost will not be refunded.
