Materials

  • Alfa Air™

Alfa Air™ consists of two laminated layers. The outer material is perforated microfiber: maintenance free and extremely durable. The second layer can be varied to provide product specific features, such as added insulation, elasticity or breathability.

  • GORE-TEX Extended Comfort

With highly breathable, hydrophobic materials, the Extended Comfort technology keeps water from penetrating the shoe while sweat evaporates from the inside. It is suitable for moderate to warm conditions and during higher activity levels. 100 % waterproof and highly breathable, it offers a dry and comfortable environment in higher temperatures and activity levels. The Extended Comfort technology is mainly to be found in a selection of Alfa's Hiking Low and Mid boots.

Fit & Support

  • S-last/Narrow Mountain and Hiking

Narrow width and stable fit provides complete control, while the round heel shape reduces the risk of blisters

Other Featues

  • Complete Protection

Reinforcement around the complete lower part adds durability and increases life span.

  • Crampon Compatibility

Heel groove for crampons. Compatible with hybrid and strap-on systems.

  • Double Lock System

A lacing system with four lock hooks on each boot that provide the opportunity to independently tighten or loosen over the instep and ankle, for an individually adjusted fit.

  • Enter Ease

An easy entry-loop on the back.

  • Mini Gaiter

A elastic gaiter at the collar is a great feature that keeps out debris.

  • Taped Seams

Adhesive film applied to seams for added water resistance.

  • Laces

Alfa laces are impregnated to prevent water absorption.
