How to make a return

Orders placed before 31st of March, register return here

2. Our customer service will then confirm the request and book the return.

3. After the return is booked, DHL Express will send you a confirmation email. Print the return label (shipping label).

3. Make sure all tags on the shoes are still attached and put the shoes back in the shoe box. Please use the packaging the package was sent in.

5. Attach the return label to the outside of the packaging. Do not attach the return label directly to the shoe box. Be sure to cover the original label if you use the original packaging.

6. Return the package to the designated agent. The return is usually booked for collection at a specific DHL agent, and we always try to book the nearest agent from your address.

Please note that the processing of the return may take up to two weeks in total.

30 days open purchase

The product you return must be unused and in its original condition with pendants on and undamaged packaging.

We accept returns with a refund (return fee 10€) of your payment amount within 30 days of purchase.

If you bought the wrong size or fit, you can get a credit note that can be used to buy another size or model.

We will handle your return as soon as possible.

Value Reduction

We strongly recommend that you try on your new shoes indoors, preferably on a staircase, to ensure proper fit and size. Products that have undergone such an "indoor test", but are returned in otherwise unused condition, including intact labels, are considered new and will be refunded by the full amount.

In cases where the labels/tags have been removed and/or the shoes have been used outdoors, an individual value reduction assessment will be conducted. Factors such as the cleaning of the shoes (400-600NOK), damages and any other value reduction will decide the amount of refund deduction. Please note that a shoe that is returned "used" has a significant deterioration in value, usually 40-60%, depending on usage and condition. In addition, please note that freight will not be refunded.

Please note that complaints about ALFA products purchased through one of our retailers should NOT be sent directly to us. In this case, please contact the dealer where you purchased the product and bring the receipt or other documentation of the purchase.
