Order repairFAQ's
How long can I expect the repair process to take?
The repair of your product can normally take between 5 and 15 business days, depending on the extent of the repair and the condition of the shoe. Minor repairs can be completed more quickly, while more extensive repairs may require longer.
Do I need to write a note describing what needs repairing?
It is not necessary to leave a note in the box with the shoes describing the need for repair. The information already registered in our system is sufficient. We will ensure that your shoes are handled correctly based on the information we have already received.
Have my shoes arrived at the workshop?
You will receive confirmation by email when the shoes have been received, or you can follow the tracking on the package.
Can I deliver the shoes directly to the repair-workshop?
It is not possible to deliver the shoes directly to the shoemaker; they must only be sent in by mail.
